According to MTV Brasil, Mallu Magalhães is the country's "mini-Feist" as well as "mini-Cat Power". I think her acoustic/folksy/pop balladry is written well beyond her fifteen years on earth. She's a Brasillian with an amazing voice (though sings mostly in English) and an ability to write memorable pop songs...at 15! Mallu is one artist I can't wait to follow over the years to come.
