Goodbye, R.E.M.

This was the only time I ever saw R.E.M. in concert, on the Monster Tour.  Glad I went.  While never my favorite band, I always enjoyed and respected them.  A long history of writing amazing songs.  They will be missed.

A.B.B. Do Zep At The Beacon

As I mentioned in my post about the Allman Bros show I saw last Saturday, the Bros sandwhiched Zep's "Dazed And Confused" in between their classic "Mountain Jam".  It was really good.  Here's a 5 minute video someone kindly posted to youtube.
