White Raconteurs/White Lou
Product Shop NYC first dropped the news yesterday about Lou Reed joining the White Stripes Raconteurs (edit: that is what i get for multitasking w/o coffee this a.m.) as part of the surprise performance at tonight's VMAs. After performing "Steady As She Goes" they will be joined by Lou for a version of The Velvet Underground's "White Light/White Heat" .
Later in the evening Lou will return to the stage with Pink to present the "Best Rock" VMA .
In other Lou news, he will finally perform his Berlin album in Brooklyn this December.
